Terms & Conditions

• Please note that the final work created by attendees may vary from the reference photos, as they will be guided to create their own unique piece.
  
• All workshops are strictly non-refundable.
• Workshop schedules may be rescheduled once only if a participant is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that rescheduling must be done within one month of the original workshop date. Otherwise, participants may use the credit to purchase items from the store instead.
• Participants are required to arrive 10 minutes before the workshop begins, as the workshop will commence on time. Please note that no additional time will be provided for latecomers, and the workshop will end as scheduled.
• A dismissal delay of up to 15 minutes may occur. Any extension beyond the stated time will be subject to an additional charge of $10 for every 30 minutes.
