Terms & Conditions

• • Please note that each participant will create either a pair of stud earrings or dangling earrings, based on their chosen style at registration. Changes cannot be made afterward. Finished earrings may differ from the images shown, as participants will be guided to design their own using the materials selected. Images are for illustration purposes only.
  • All workshops are strictly non-refundable.
  • Workshop schedules may be rescheduled once only if a participant is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that rescheduling must be done within one month of the original workshop date. Otherwise, participants may use the credit to purchase items from the store instead.
  • Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop begins to complete material selection, as the workshop will commence on time. Please note that no additional time will be provided for latecomers, and the workshop will end as scheduled.
  • A dismissal delay of up to 15 minutes may occur. Any extension beyond the stated time will be subject to an additional charge of $10 for every 30 minutes.
  • Participants are not allowed to take any materials home. All products must be completed within the studio during the stated workshop duration.
